1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the England Ranch website (englandranch.com) and your purchase of products from England Ranch, located at 4285 Reese Hurt Road, Edmonton, KY 42129. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products and Orders
England Ranch sells grass-fed beef (whole cow), pasture-raised Berkshire pork (whole hog), and pasture-raised chicken direct to consumers. All products are sold by weight, and final pricing is based on actual packaged weight at delivery.
Deposits are required to reserve beef and pork orders. Deposits are applied toward the final balance. Chicken orders require full payment at checkout.
3. Deposits and Payment
Beef deposits are $650. Pork deposits are $350. These deposits secure your reservation for a specific processing period. The remaining balance is due at delivery based on actual packaged weight.
Deposits are non-refundable once an animal has been assigned to your order for processing. If you cancel before an animal is assigned, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
4. Delivery and Pickup
Orders may be picked up at the ranch or delivered. Delivery availability and pricing are discussed at the time of order. Contact us for details.
5. Product Quality
All animals are raised on our farm using regenerative practices with no chemicals, no antibiotics, no hormones, no GMOs, and no soy. All animals are professionally processed at licensed off-site facilities. Products are vacuum-sealed and labeled.
Due to the nature of perishable food products, all sales are final once the product has been picked up or delivered. If you have a concern about product quality, contact us within 48 hours.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to England Ranch text messages (e.g., texting the keyword RANCH to our marketing number, or providing your phone number during checkout with SMS consent), you agree to receive automated text messages from England Ranch. These messages may include order updates, product availability announcements, promotional offers, and ranch news.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Text messages are sent using an automated system. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Website Use
You may use this website for its intended purpose: learning about our products and placing orders. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the site's operation.
